Arnold Technology Solutions was founded in 2020 to provide IT Support for Businesses in the Scottsboro and greater Jackson County Alabama area.

With over 35 years in IT experience we can provide a full-service IT Support solution for you and your business. While we’re primarily focused on business clients we also provide our services to individuals and families as well.

History

• Member of Compuserve in the early days of the internet around 1989
• Connected to DARPA Research Servers to chat and exchange files with DARPA Systems Admins and Researchers
• Ran the Watchtower BBS in the early 1990’s which included an 8-disc array of shareware CD-ROM’s available to anyone that dialed into the BBS
• Started with Token Ring and 10-BaseT networks
• Proficiency with DOS, all versions of Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, and Unix
• Development utilizing HTML, PHP, CSS, JS, Java, Perl, Python, and Expect
• Cisco, Juniper, Unifi, HP, Dell, and many other routing and switching platforms
